This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role works closely with department heads to identify training needs and ensure consistent development across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a training role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have experience in project management, event management and training management.
- Must know how to prepare training materials.
